We strive to delight each single one of customers because we are in it for the long haul! In the event a customer is unsatisfied with our deliverables and our alternative solutions, we want to let you know exactly how it will work.
- If, for any reason you are not satisfied with any deliverable, Kattelo Consulting will waive the specific portion(s) of the consulting fees within the corresponding Statement of Work (SOW), pro-rata.
- A formal request for refund must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of leaving the course or you may contact the Customer Satisfaction Department at email@example.com.
- No refunds will be issued for completed deliverables that the customer has already signed off.
